These are not guaranteed in the event of breakdown but every effort will be made to remedy faults as quickly as possible.

Heating

Gas central heating throughout.

Linen

Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bedlinen, pillowcases and towels etc. Please supply mattress protection, as appropriate, for small children. It may be possible to arrange linen hire with advance notice. Please enquire at the time of booking.

Cleaning

We do ask you, please, on the day of departure, to leave the house clean and tidy.Our cleaner always inspects thoroughly between lets, paying particular attention to kitchen and bathroom, and cleaning where needed.
