If the house is available and you wish to reserve it, I will post you a reservation form. I will hold your booking provisionally for five days from the date of your call and confirm your booking on receipt of the form accompanied by a cheque for your deposit of 20% of the total rental.

The balance becomes due 28 days before the start of your holiday. Please see conditions.
